Frequently Asked Questions
The Personal Injury Attorney You Need When It’s Your Time for Justice

Q. How much would I have to pay to discuss my legal problem with you?
» I do not charge anyone to talk to me to determine if I can help them. I only charge if you hire me to help you.

Q. What fee would you charge to represent me in my claim for injuries or wrongful death of my family member?
» I represent clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis. I receive a percentage of what I recover for you from whoever is responsible. I only get paid if you do.

Q. How much would you charge me to form a corporation or limited liability company?
» I charge $1,000 plus the fees charge by the State for filing the corporation or LLC. For that fee I prepare the documents to create the corporation or LLC, file the necessary paperwork with the state, the IRS and Department of Revenue and prepare the paperwork to setup up your new business.

Q. How much would you charge to represent my business in a lawsuit?
» I charge $275 per hour for most business litigation and business work such as review or preparation of a contract.

Q. Can I recover the fee I pay you if you represent me in a business lawsuit?
» In this state, you can recover attorneys fee in a lawsuit if you wind the lawsuit and the contract or a statute provides for attorney’s fees.

Q. How do I know I would be happy with you work in representing me?
» If you decide you want to hire me and I agree to represent you, you could talk to some of my clients about the work I have done from them. I have many clients who are very happy with the work I did for them.
